Project Team

For each project team members are individually chosen depending on the needs of the specific project.

For each project the Project Manager will be the contact person for the entire duration of the account. All remaining members of the team will contribute, depending on the project requirements, and will be reporting to him/her. Project Managers will be either Mr. Aris Alavanos , Mr. Nicolas Sakellaridis or Mr. Stefanos Thomaidis.

Mr.Aris Alavanos has a Master's degree in M.I.S. and has managed large and complex projects and more specifically projects containing specialised and customised web content. Aris has managed large-scale projects for Wind telephony (ex-ΤΙΜ Hellas) 2 Intranets & 1 Extranet, Mellon Group, Aldemar Hotels, Eurobank and for the Greek Ministry of External Affairs (MFA ) as well as for the Greek Ministry of Education.  References: Having an academic backgroud, he has specialised in training on web-based systems at the e-learing web center of the specialised RCAT department of the UofT (University of Toronto). Smaller to mid-range projects for the Thesaurus of the Greek Language and municipalities of Greece. In the international market the billingual web site MicroSoft Navision Partner Power International.

Mr.Nikolas Sakellaridishas been active in the IT Field since the year 1999and has worked as a member of a development team in the IT Department of a reputable software house. His Project Management and technical skills are extraordinary thus allowing Nikolas to maintain a leading position as our Development Director.

Mr. Pavlos Gerardos is the technical director for each project which @riston consulting is in charge of and he has many years of experience in multiple technological platforms of the private sector, such as Microsoft , IBM and Cisco but also in the Open Source field.

Ms.Elia Charari is responsible for all matters having to do with our Marketing and the e-Marketing projects of our clients.

Ms. Demeter Vekri and/or Ms.Elina Evgeniou are responsible for all artistic matters including the look ‘n’ feel for both the front, as well as the back-end of all applications, including the Graphics Proposals.

For all our accounting and financial matters Mr. George Alavanos, who is the Head Accountant of Folli-Follie S.A. is in charge.

For Beta Testing and Quality Control Ms. Antonia Salmon or Ms. Dimitra Papachristou have the overall responsibility for each solution provided.
